hey all i just got a laptop and wondering if theres anything i can do to improve this setup i have now...its not much...just a basic setup to screw around and record myself and friends...
below is a picture of the setup

this is what i have
ESP ltd james hetfield truckster
Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier ( 3 channel)
4x12 marshall cab
TC Electronics G-Major
Behringer Eurorack MX 802a (which ive had for 10 years or so with no trouble for a basic mixer)
Lexicon Lambda interface
Shure sm57 for mic'n cab (yes its a real 57 lol)
Boss Metalzone stomp pedal
Ibanez TS9 Tubescreamer
several switchboxes
Dell Inspiron 1525 dual cpu T2390 1.86 Ghz 1 g ram atm....upgrading to 4 g soon
cubase
n-track
any suggestions ..?
like i said i just record myself and friends ..basic stuff nothing special...
is the laptop fast enough for this?
