need suggestions on how to cheaply treat an odd shaped room. where do i start????

hi every one, i made this little video describing my problem. i am very over whelmed over this and any help would be fantastic. its difficult to learn all this stuff by yourself and all gc wants to do is sell you things that are way over priced . well heres the vid

GOBOs can be used to section off the area, and would be decent for recording. GOBOs can be built to whatever purpose you need, and any thickness, etc. and are nice because you can move them around if need be. However, considering you are doing more than just recording I would say treating more of the room would give you better results for both recording, producing, and mixing.
