need help finding fuse

Blew a fuse on a vintage pre (RCA) I can't seem to locate a fuse like this. If any one knows of a serious electric shop were I might find one, please post a phone number or a site were I can.

It's a 1/16 amp 3AG slow blow.

That is not a hard to find item. Try Radio Shack.
