Yo!

Well, I guess the worst place to try and sell your music is in a place full of musicians. :D :D :D
Especially since I've recieved a lot of help on my tunes from people here. So, it feels weird trying to sell anyone anything.

But, since this part of the forum exists, I'm posting about my new CD. It's called "Peace Riot". 12 originals and 3 covers.

You can preview and download it HERE

To buy the physical CD and have it sent to you, it's HERE

:)

RAMI,
I followed the link to buy a copy but it says download only! Will you be selling non virtual real CDs perchance?

Hey Ray. Thanx for pointing that out. I did get physical CD's made, but I didn't send them to CDBABY. I should have provided a link for physical CD's, which can be had HERE.

Thanx Cobb.

Checked out some of your tracks, pretty cool stuff.
Love the titles and ideas involved. Witty Stuff. Had me chuckling sometimes.

I will unashamedly say that there is an abundance of fantastic stuff to behold 'in the grooves' {or whatever it is that CDs have}.

You have the bootleg.:D

I think you're the only person that heard the entire album while it was being made. A lot of the songs changed from what you have.

Congrats Rami.

Doesn't it feel like you just gave birth after a hard delivery, following a long/tough pregnancy (well, as close as we guys can tell as to how that feels). :D

Good luck with the sales (it's a grind).

If pregnancy and giving birth was as fun as the making of an album, there'd be even less room to move on earth as there is now ! :D

I look forward to it. I did a long drive to Switzerland and back over the weekend and I listened to 'the bootleg'. I had listened to Traffic's "Mr Fantasy" Lp right before and it really irritated me, it had some really harsh toned singing and two thoughts came to mind. Firstly was that Steve Winwood wasn't that great a vocalist in 1967 despite his awesome rep. The other thought was something that I've often thought as I listen to some of the peoples' music on HR. We talk alot about 'the pros' and even when the pros are interviewed, they have interesting but rarely complimentary things to say about home recordists and recordings. But for me, a good song is a good song. And at the risk of being laughed out of town, stuff I've heard from various folks on HR is every bit as good and attractive as the 'pro' stuff.
One must never lose sight of the fact that the song is paramount. I know it seems obvious and preaching to the converted but even the converted could do with a little reminder now and again. Just coz you ain't a full timer doesn't mean the songs you write won't be of the quality and standard as someone who is in this full time.

Woah ! Those long, French motorways ! Lots of time to think.....

Man, I forgot all about this thread about a week ago.

Thanx guys,

It does feel good to move on. But I do love the process of getting there, too. Pretty soon, I won't be able to even listen to this CD. For now, I'm digging it. :)
