MR8 and n-track

Using bars/beats really helps, as otherwise it's tough, if not impossible, to catch clean breaks.
 
Thanks for advice everyone but I really meant using the loop on n-track, having uploaded the riff from the MR8.
 
Jon, I just posted this in the rack section but I thought I'd post it here as well just in case you don't check back there. So here goes: put the two bar guitar riff in to your multtracking software and then highlight it with the cursor. Then go to the edit window and check the loop selection. Press play, and this will make it play forever. If you want this to occur throughout the song then record the looped guitar into your Fostex for as long you you need. Then import that track back into the computer and you can edit it to your hearts content. That will save you from having to paste and sync it to the track, which can take hours to do. Right off the top of my head this is the best I can come up with, although it may not be what you want. If this is the case, then give us some more detail as to what you are trying to do.
