Hello everybody!
I am new to this forum -- I've been reading a lot of very useful stuff here, so thank you all who contribute their knowledge!!! This is my first posting here.
And here is my question. I don't know if it's right place to post it, and if NOT, then please point me to the right direction:
I have these Yamaha PA speakers, that I would like to put on the wall to save some floor space in my home studio/rehearsal space and also bring them somewhat up to the ear level.
The speakers are big ( 29" x 20" x 13") and HEAVY (80 lbs. each). I just thought of getting those heavy duty shelf brackets at Home Depot (some of them claim to support up to 300 lbs., bolting them to the studs in the wall. Does anybody have any experience with such a project? Any help will be much appreciated.
