Sam...thanks man, he's due around the middle of May. Both Carla and I are really excited about that. The vocal part that you mentioned is something that i sampled into the board, then played using its effects. It was easy to manipulate that way.

Toki...thanks man, Ive had my board for around 2 months now...and im a major rookie on it. I think I know what you mean when you say crispness. I need to get back in and work on those sounds. ...thanks for tuning in.

Trip I totally agree about the drone synth part. What i wanted there was just the "sweep" sound. All of the low stuff that came with it was a by product that does muddy that part up. ....Im gonna try and figure out how to get all of that out. Also, good idea re: the horn part nearer the end. I'll mess with that. thanks again bro.

SluiCe ...thanks man. I think i overdid it w/ the level of that static. It was more subtle in the first mix and a little less pretentious(sp) sounding. My feable idea of a production behind this song was sort of an almost "made for kids" kinda thing. ....my version of real light pop. I guess i kinda hear that static as cliche enough to kinda go along w/ that idea. ...I dunno btw: I got your PM, Im gonna download that from home tonight......... ....thanks as always bro

Ah man, great fun. Having never heard the original mix I don't know what you removed but what remains kicks ass. Very cool. I love that bass sound.

There's fun written all over this one!Monkeyfeet...lol!Excellent performance.Like Dave Mathews meets Foo-Fighters ... kinda.Funkalicious!Snare a little too loud during the quieter parts.The record hiss sample is a little loud too.Sounds too 'put there'.The spoken part before the bass break could come up a little.Give the drums a little more dynamics and you've got some really phat beats.I guess Monkeyfeet ain't got no shame...nothing to be ashamed of...

Am i wrong, but did'nt you post this the first time without vox? No, I remember this without vocals. Listened to the second version also. I'm calling you M.F.G. "Master funk G" from now on , yeah that's the ticket. It's a great one man. I hate you for playing the bass like that, no bass guitar should take that kind of treatment. I'm turnning you in.
