is there a way to get internet/web(youtube etc)audio from my monitors using Digidesign 003 rack mt. sorry for the lame ? i'm a nooby and any suggestions would be appreciated.

yes there is...

but we're gonna need to know what operating system you are on.

i'm on a mac, i turn on my digi...go to go>utilities>audio midi setup.

select 003 from output list and it will work...

on xp as i recall, you have to use asio drivers i think???? there's also an application into which third party applications are dragged to enable sound from them,,in your case maybe internet explorer??

sorry i can't remember the name,,but i'm sure someone will chime in.

tell us more....

thanks for your reponse. i'm using PC. i have yet to try...

ok,no problem.

try to search google or DUC for info about digidesign asio drivers.

i'm pretty sure the rest will follow.

Go into your options that you go to that you can select your sound card, sorry haven't been on windows in a while and you just change all of your in and outs to which ever digi device you are using.
