Mo' tunes...

Hey guys... it's me again.

Okay, so we finally posted the full versions of half of the songs from our first CD "Assorted Flavors" on our new MP3-dot-com page.
There's 2 songs I'd love to hear your opinions on.
One is called "Little Pink Drink" and the other is called "The Guitar Song".

Now, keep in mind that both of these songs were recorded on a Korg D-8 with crappy mics, crappy cables, and they were mixed on a bookshelf stereo system.
That's all we had to work with at the time.
Anyway, I'd be interested to hear what you guys think of the songs themselves.
Any commentary would be appreciated.

the guitar song was nice.

The guitar was clear.

THe drums (on these cans) sounded weak ,lacking punch and attack.

THe vocals, especially the harmony were awesome.
I did not really dig the doubling on the vocal though.

Thanx for checking out the tunes, bro... and we're glad you liked 'em!
As I said, these recordings were done with sub-standard equipment, but they still seem to come across pretty well for what we had to work with and our lack of experience at the time.
We're in the process of remastering all the songs from our first CD.... hopefully, that will help alot.
I don't believe that we doubled any of the vocals... but, I could be wrong.... I suffer from a disease called C.R.S. (can't remember shit!).
Sorry this response took so long, but my internet is down at my house and I've been busy with a new baby, so, I had to wait 'til I got back to work.
