Is there anyone who made tracks in Reason 2.5 but mixing them in Cubase SX (mix down audio with all eq etc. possibilities) .

Any recommendation to this?

Usually i mix all my tracks in Reason and record them directly to stereo (wav-format). In this case i lose my possibilities to "mastering" all single tracks.

I feel that Reason have quite "dark soud" itselves and it is quite hard to get pure clean sounding master?

What is your recommendation to do mixing with the Reason 2.5?

Thanks

I dont agree.
Reason--given the proper technique, can sound amazing on its own. I never once had a dark mix. Maybe your room you're mixing in is over baffled?? Maybe not though, just a thought.

I track all my sounds one by one and just loop the audio waves.
That is the best way to mix a reason based production IMO.

Ok. Maybe those darkness problem is caused by me...

Do you use any EQ-devices in the reason or did you mean you got pure clean sound master without any eq-processing?

(i use pro tools)
But Yes thats what i do.

example.
track 1 >>kick drum
track 2 >>snare
track 3 >> bass sample
etc etc etc.

It provides maximum mix control.
