mixing board

Anyone have suggestions for a mixing board. I want to use it to record and play nack from a Tascam TSR 8
 
More info please...

So many variables; any ol' board will work, but only you know what you need. (busses, inputs, phantom power, etc) Prices!

We'd be happy to tell you what we wish we could afford...
 
I wnat to get 8 inputs into the TRS and 8 outputs from the TRS into the back then out to a stereo bus.

I have a TSR-8 and I use a Mackie 1604 VLZ Pro....about 5 or $600.00...
It has 16 inputs and 8 direct outs and is set up for 8 track recording...best thing for what you're doing unless you want to spend $2,000.00 for a Mackie 24-8! :)

thanks for the advice. I just bought the same thing. Would you know where I could find a manual for the TSR-8? Thanks for your help
 
One more question. as far as set up, what I did was connected the 8 direct outs into the inputs of the tascam and then the 8 out of the taascam into the tracks 3 thru 10. I'm not sure this is the correct way to do this. Any advice would be great.
