mixer question

i have a behringer eurorack 1202 mixer. it has worked pretty cool
it has the MAIN OUT and the CTRL ROOM OUT
whats the difference between them???
where should i connect my monitors?

I'd run the monitors from the controll room out. Main outs to your recorder.
