minidisk to multitrack

Hello to all, another noob here.

Could someone tell me how to copy our bands practice session that is on a minidisk recorder to my new boss br1600cd.

I had a look and it says its USB compatible, you could always transfer your mini disk onto your pc, then transfer it from that to your boss? I dont know if thats the fastest method, but thats how i would do it.

My pc is a Dell 8200 laptop with stock soundcard. How do I export the music from the minidisk to the pc? Sorry if this has been answered before.

Minidisks doesn't support transfers from the MD to PC (as far as I know). Go Sony Copyright-Control.

You'll have to do it the old-fashion way: Connect the output on the MD to the line in on your computer/HD-recorder, hit record on the computer/HD-recorder and play on the MD.
