Midi in Nuendo

OK, I just got a MIDIman USB device 2x2. I am trying to get MIDI into Nuendo and having no luck. It says I have "not connected" as my options for midi input. That bothers me. According to win2k I have the midiman installed just fine. I updated the driver from the website, but still no dice.. ..and I just don't want to sift though the manual if it is an easy fix.

There isn't a nuendo forum, at least not on Homerec.com. Its ok though, I think I might have figured the problem, not sure yet though.
