Mic cable causing distortion?

livilanic, amplitube sounds pretty good. is there a noticeable latency with it? I can't run it because my cpu does'nt support MME, whatever the hell that is. I have an old 1.4 ghz thunderbird cpu. it might be worth spending $60 for an xp cpu to run it though. can you post some marshall tube amp models? also, have you used your keyboard as a midi controller yet?

1.Not so much. I mean if I playit with monitors (live) then its like a 1msec behind. But its really not that bad when your just trying to find a sound.

2.You should be using WDM or ASIO drivers never MME.

3.Never heard of a thunderbird lol. Yeah it would be worth it.

4. Sure I'll post some marshall tubes. Just let me know what sets you want. Clean, Distortion, Reverb no reverb. You know what mean.

the amp is a line6 duoverb combo and it has blown up twice.......fuckin ebay......STAY AWAY FROM EBAY! luckily line6 fixed it for free both times and it was'nt even under warranty.....nice guys over there at line6. I think it's all good now.

livilanic, post some overdrive stuff, like a marshall plexi sound with no reverb or very little reverb....... fender tweed sounds with a little drive. by the way, I was thinking of guitar rig, not amplitube. I have'nt tried that one. it says my cpu doesnt support SSE........I said MME before. I don't know what the hell that is. I will take a look at the amplitube requirements.

Well I ran into a problem with Sonar and amplitube. If I run it twice it conflics with itself. So I'm not going to use it anymore. I might just use it for other things. I'll try and post some amp models in the next few days. But don't count on it. I'll try and find the time.
