Mbox lacks dedicated volume control for monitors: solutions?

As the Mbox lacks a dedicated volume control knob for monitors, what are most users doing? Using a micro-mixer, master fader, or something else? I'm looking to hook up a pair of Yamaha MSP5a(s). Are there any good monitors that have a master volume knob built into the front?

I use my Mackie 1202. My Delta 44 outs go into a stereo channel on my mixer. I use the MAIN outs to go to my mixer, that way I can use the Master fader to control my monitor volume.
