Is there anywere (website) that I can down load some free mastering tools (NOT PIRATED, just freebee stuff). It's just that I'm doing work on the studio and I have'nt got much money!!!

Probably not. Mastering tools are mostly hardware, and some high end software used by professionals. The investment in such tools runs into many thousands and thousands of dollars.

If you are looking for some free "mastering toys", I am sure there are a few around here and there, but I wouldn't expect any of them to turn me into Bob Ludwig overnight.

Buz Maxi and buz compressors: Buz Maxi
Also worth lokking into: The classic series by Kjaerhus Audio

Tons of other options available, look around kvr and test some plugs to see what suits your needs.
Some of this stuff is amazingly good for free, though obviously if you spend some cash it gets better.

The software on kvr looked cool but the page wasn't there to download. Do you know anywhere else to get it or have you downloaded it?

NO - it was gone bef I cd dnload it. I did dnload the E phonic but haven't tried it yet.
