I work on airplanes for my primary living. I run a project studio for hire. I'm used to using Cubase and tons of keys, samplers, modules, ect...
I have about 5 hours of ass time every day. So I figure I might as well make the best of it and make music.
I've heard of Reason, but dont know much about it.
I have a Compaq Presario laptop 600MHZ Celeron processor with 128 MB RAM.
Heres my questions:
1. Will Reason work with my laptop?
2. What all can Reason do?
3. Can a M-Audio Ozone keyboard controller/audio card work with Reason?
4. Would this be a nice portable setup to take every day to work?
5. Can any of the beats you make with Reason be commercially sounding or is Reason more of a "scratch pad" kind of program, you know...a program to fiddle around with until you get to a real studio to make the beats for real?
Thanks In Advance.
cheers
