Alright...
Heres the scoop. I picked up a G3 imac from a buddie for 75.00. Ive never had a mac but I figured I could get it to work with Pro tools Le Digi-001. But then I noticed...where the F*ck do I put the PCI card? So thats the question. If a mac is supposidly designed for this, where do I put the card?

Only regular tower G3's and G4's have PCI slots. iMac's don't have PCI slots, only USB and Firewire.

So then is there some kind of adaptor? I can see using some kind of adaptor but then does this adaptor come with something to put the pci card into so it doesnt get static shock???

Heh. Why even go the PCI route? I have never even heard of an adaptor like the one you are talking of. Is it too late to skip that and go for an external one, as in using USB or Firewire?

If so, I would strongly recommend the product I linked you to.

Musicman,
No its not to late to go any route. I have my Pro Tools working just fine on my PC. And I just got this mac 2 days ago. I knew when buying it that it might not work "out of the box". Although I was just hoping I could stick the pci card in there somewhere. So if I can find the simplest cheapest way to make it work Im all for that...
