I used to like M-audio audio interfaces untill I stopped and really listened to the sound I was getting out of them. I think they have some of the shitiest clocks ever. Everything I recorded with them had pops and clicks throughtout the audio. This goes for about 3 or 4 of there products that I have tried. There midi controllers are top notch to me though.

Something is wrong with your setup then, because I have recorded with them for years and never get a pop or a click in my recordings...

So you used 3 or 4 m-audio interfaces until you stopped and really listened to the sound. That's a great story.

Interesting.....I've got a 1010 and never had any pops and clicks.

I've tried the audio buddy, fast track pro, and the fw1814. All of them put clicks in my tracks. Like I said it wasn't until I really started listening that I noticed it. Well that and upgrading to Apogee and Echo Converters.

Pops and clicks doesn't necessarily have anything to do with converters....
