the intro dis git is a little problematic so any suggestions please
i've been having a knock down drag out with the bass (partially because of the line/way he plays it and partially because i tracked it wrong)

I like the way it starts. Very interesting with the bass and strings. (Violin?)

Very cool, new metal tune. Some elements of Daonia, and some Amorphis at times. How'd you get those vocals down? When I am that loud, you can't understand a damn thing. That had to be hard.

I like the tune, and to me the mix is pretty good.

When i listened to the start, i thought it was going to be one of those powerful film tracks, like you would hear on Lord of the Rings. Then the vocals came in, and i thought 'how wrong could i be'. :D

I like it, its different, Kinda like irish metal. Nice tight drumming, and the bass is nice. I think the violin sounds a little weird at the start, thats the only thing i could fault it for regarding the instrumentation. It sounds like the person whos playing it was a little 'unconfident' when recording it.. Just seems a little warbly to me....but thats me... and nobody really cares what i say :(

Anyway, good job! I liked it.

Very original song with combination of metal and Irish violin. Maybe you want to retrack the bass if you think there are issues ? For my part, i like the mix.
If this is one of their bad song, I would really like to hear the good ones.

it's not that this is thier bad song, just that it has the most problems mix wise.


and if anyone has problems perticulary regarding the bass i'd like to hear about it. (again, any comments welcome)
you don't even want to know what i'm dooing to the bass it's EVIL.

Sounds like a good mix there Giraffee. The guitar (i think) that accents notes at around 30 seconds sounds like it has been recorded direct or something. The snare is lost at times as with the kick, but the mix as a whole sounds pretty professional to me.
