I noticed last saturday while mixing concerts, that I the dums sounding good (enough 
) on the 'normal' or loud parts, but they really lost it when the drummer was playing softly... Especially the clicks (stick horizontal on snare and ticking on the rim-thingy) sounded terrible.
Is this normal? Some of it comes from the drums itself, but it sounded really really bad... (I recorded it, but I haven't checked it yet... Might be able to get some samples here next week.)
