I rearanged everything here cause of my new rack, plugged eveything back in and now my lexicon mx200 VST plug doesn't show up in cubase. MXedit works. But not the VST. The lexicon unit itself does show its connected to USB by giving the US in the display as it powers up. I tried unistalling the lexicon software, but that doesn't complete the uninstall, gives my some crazy message right before it finishs the unistall. I would like to get this working again, as it was flawless before. Any ideas? Have you read about this problem somewhere else? Very frustrated with it right now.

This is what cubase is reporting:

VST Mixer Warnings (Friday, July 28, 2006)

The plug-in "MX200" could not be found for Insert 4 Channel "Group 1"!

make sure you have the lexicon midi port disabled under cubases midi devices. It is not multi client and needs to be turned off to work correctly

Ya did that, I wasn't even getting the window where it would say "The MX200 is either disconected..." In the plug in list in cubase it was just blanked out, it was there but the wording was faded out, like it wanted to be there, but wasn't.

Anyways, I did a system restore point before I got the MX200, reinstalled from there, and it is all working now, can't tell you how joyfull it is to see the Lexicon go thru its save routine with the lights blinking all about, I was missing that badly :p . I don't think I installed anything since I installed the MX200 so besides my desktop icons being out of order, I think all is well.

Yippy for microsoft on that one, I was going nuts.
