Latest attempt at recording drums.

Haven't had much time to record anything since I bought some mics + firepod. My band is looking to do some recording soon so I thought I'd set everything up and give it a test run.

Floor tom needs a good tune. Might try a coated head tomorrow as well, see which comes out better.

Sounds good! What kind of mics are you using? I use coated Aquarian heads myself and I like the warm sound. They are worth a try.

I think the floor tom sounds good. Nice pitch bend to it. The high rack tom sounds worse to me. Overall the kit sounds decent though. Get some instruments around it to see how it's really gonna sound.

- what kit is it?
- what heads do you have on the toms/kick?
- how many/what mics did you use?
