I just bought a double bass... so I am forcing myself to not buy these, even though my current monitor set up is extra ear-fatiguing....

so I thought I'd let y'all know about them. They oughta go to a deserving HR bbs'er. :):(

I'm an idiot too, for not picking them up. Don't tell anyone, but my main monitoring speakers were dumpster-dive finds. Bowers and Wilkins, but still... dumpster dive...

And here I am passing up V4's
 
I went back and they were still there. The mid/woofer had a dented dustcap, so I asked for $20 off, and got $15. $109 for a V4! :eek:

I'm so stoked. This means that I can get all the Hi-Fi stereo component stuff off my desk and only use it to check mixes rather than fuss with it while I'm working. Time to go rearrange the studio! :D:D:D
