My wife and I have just purchased a Roland workstation for her use in composing and recording. We would like to be able to use the midi functions to interface with the FINALE transcription package.
Currently, we have a Compaq Presario 2100 laptop with an 1.44 gig Athalon processor, w/ 512 meg of ram.
Can anyone suggest a interface setup that would be easy to deal with for beginners?
