Just purchased Tascam MSR16

I recently bought a mint condition mint low hours Tascam MSR16 to add to my Fostex A8 and 2 other 2 track reel machines a JVC and a Sony and have other digital Korg D1600, Tascam DP01FX and some computer programs. The manual does not state how many simultaneous tracks that can be recorded at a time. I also want to be able to dump the analog into my computer and plan on getting the new Motu 24/I/0 that has 24 analog inputs and put into Pro Tools or other digital program and the ability to save wav files to put nto digital formats for clients. I have done it with My A8 with a friends pro tools and saved wav files on DVD. Has anyone tried the new Motu with analog?

That deck will record 16 tracks simultaneously. ;)

I assumed it did which is great for demos for full bands for live discreet, I also have the remote. It sure beats 4 with the A8 or 8 max simultaneous with my Korg D1600. Thanks SB
