JS Control CS-10 compatible w/ Reaper?

Hey all I have been need of a control surface and I found a JL Cooper CS-10(the older model, not CS-10 II) Is it compatible with Reaper? It doesn't use USB but it uses the older keyboard and mouse connection. :) Thnx in advance,
