Is this track ready for Mastering??

Try the Mix Clinic. :)

It's really up to you though...if you feel the mix is where it should be, then yeah, it's time for mastering.
Couple of things...
The bass/low end seems kinda' light, I can't really even hear any bass. Also, that speed fluctuation at the begining...is that intentional. After the intro, the speed kinda' jumps up a bit, and then seems to ramp-up for a few measures before settling down.
 
I'm on vacation with only headphones, but good headphones. The bass seems pretty balanced to me, I can hear it just fine on my closed headphones. Where is the master bus peaking?

It's peaking at -6...

Hey Miroslav! The Band recorded live that's why the tempo isn"t spot on... The bass sounded good in many systems I played,I'm a little concerned 'bout the guitar level...
 
Eh...it's my shitty computer speakers then...they don't well in the low end. :)

I think your guitar is pretty good level-wise.

If you're doin the mixing and you aren't satisfied with the levels then no, it's not ready to be mastered. The vocals about 1 min seem pretty wet and the delay a little off beat. After the 3min mark or so the guitars seem a bit much.

If your peaks are -6, you're good to go. Ideally you'd like a dynamic range of around 4-6db from your peak.
 
I'd give it a shot. Mix sounds clean. Bass seemed a little low and a little freq.battle going on between guitars and vocals. Thats listening through phones. Take it for what it's worth. Nice performance either way. Nice job.
