Is earth green

Hi,
A short one. I'm remaking an American pcm81 power cable to suit the plug in the wall over here in Europe. Here we have yellow/green as earth. In this cable it's black, white and green. Is green earth, guess so?

Yes Hans, the green wire is typically the ground ("earth") wire.

Black = HOT
WHite = NEUTRAL
Green = GROUND
