I'm about done with getting my walls done on my "studio", and now I'm working on my ideas for acoustic treatments.
I have a friend who just finished building a house and he has a ton of the pink Dow/Corning "Foamular" rigid foam insulation panels leftover that he has offered to give me if I can use them. My question is how these compare to 703 for acoustic absorption (ie. is a 2" foam panel roughly equivalent to 1" 703)?
Thanks.
