Hi all,
I’m in need of a parts machine or just some parts, so I hope someone might have a junker or two around they’d be willing to part with.
The specific parts I need are the stacked EQ pots and knobs as found on the Tascam 246 portastudio, one of the 300-series or 500 series mixers, or from the 388 Studio 8.
I need eight pots and sets of knobs. One old 246 would do the trick, even though some of the stacked controls on that are green it would still be enough. Three channel cards from a 388 would work as well. Four channel strips from a 300-series mixer would also do the trick.
So if any of you guys and gals have a junked machine it doesn’t matter how bad a shape its in… all I need are those stacked EQ pots and knobs. Or if you have a junk box of channel cards already removed.
I can pay you for a bit for them, but not a lot. Something reasonable for your time and to help you do some spring cleaning.
