How about a Beatles tune? Everyone's heard them. Sort of a level playing field, ya know what I mean? Or Steely Dan.

My only problem with that is while I like the Beatles well enough -- I don't like 'em enough to bother doing a cover!! 
I'm definitely up for a Dan tune....... how about AJA (the song, not the album!) - should be a no-brainer!
