I want to buy new monitors and need help

Right now I have Event TR5s they are ok but I like to buy some new ones to have a comparison
I was thinking Truth 2030A, KRK rokit RP8g2 or Alesis MK2

Why are you abandoning your Events? What are they not doing for you? What kind of stuff are you recording?

Hard to answer your question when we don't know what you're looking for and why you're looking for it. Do you?
 
I use the Mackie HR824's.... excellent monitors and the price has gone down significantly.
