I used to be able to do this! It's been so long. Talkin' bout Midi keyboard.

I use Reaper, a Radium 49, and a Tascam US-144 mk 2. Is there a way i can make certain I have the keyboard input at least going to the PC? At the moment I have the USB cable connected. What am I doing wrong? I also loaded the driver from M-Audio. Was I suposed to put it somewhere? Thank you.
