Hi,
I'm a new forum user. My name is Gabriele Gritti and i'm an italian mix engineer.
I have recently become Pro Tools 9 certified user and i'm actually working with some important italian bands like Elvenking, Hell In The Club, Dolcetti and other.
My website is gabrielegritti.com but is not complete, i'm waiting for some changes by the web designer.
So, if someone needs mix can contact me, i offer free editing and/or mix for one song.
I mix itb on pro tools 9.

I must ask why you are offering one freebie. I myself do them on occasion, but I don't advertise so that I am not flooded with requests. Are you fishing for work, or do you just enjoy helping others?

Sometimes I like to offer free mix because is always usefull to try new plug ins, new techniques, make new experience... and also help someone ... that can become a client in the future if i do good mixes.

Haha I found "Pro Tools Certified User" to be funny. That's the only DAW you could get away with saying something like that. Like anyone could say "Reaper Certified User" hahaha. You have some nice equipment!!!!! I'm going to buy a MOTU 192HD soon. How do you like it?

I'm happy that you find the certification so funny...
192hd is a very good converter in my opinion, it has a lot of headroom and sound clear. 12 i/o xlr and aes ebu...
the only inconvenience is the cooling fan. Motu sent me another one because the original was very noisy, much more than my mac pro!

Haha, I didn't mean for the certification thing to be insulting. It just brings a point that no one could say "(Insert DAW here) Certified User" unless it was Pro Tools. Ahh I heard the fan was very noisy. I'll find a way to get around the problem. Thanks!

it's simply a name... write a letter to avid training to protest! ahahah they have create this "step" few weeks ago.
Maybe the fan is useless... but i didn't have the courage to eliminate it
