I need help - compressor !

How do you want to use it - for compressing tracks while tracking, or for after the fact? If the latter, come out of two of the C400's line outputs to the line inputs of the FMR, then from the line outputs of the FMR to the line inputs of the C40. Then you need to set up routing of the line outputs of the C400 to feed whatever tracks you want to compress to those particular outputs.
