I have clutter

I have a crescendo that I'm building and I have like 6 or 7 instruments playing at once
at about a minute 30 seconds in to the song.

I've panned and done some EQ'ing but still clutter.

any ideas or techniques that you use in cluttery songs?

Yes, there are 5 octaves of notes between 55hz and 1.6k, use your low pass filters to layer the instruments in that range. Do the same thing on the highs. Right now everything is on the same frequency.
 
Which part ? You can get a chart of musical notes in frequencies, just google it. I did it because I wanted to learn what frequencies I'm hearing in regards to the music. If you shelf one instrument at 880hz (just an example) and another at 440hz theres an octave in tones for them to breathe. Its not an exact science but it works.
