And I was Thinking Maybe Instead of bouncing the track i should just export the beat an the vocals and then Mix it on the comp
But when i tried that once they were on the comp they did not match up

If by "match up" you mean that they were not properly time-aligned, that's what editing software is for. I don't know what software you're using, but any multitrack editor should allow you to drag tracks back and forth relative to one another and allow you to line them up that way.

If the nature of your tracks is such that it's hard to find good places to line them up exactly, then what you could do is insert a click or a slap at the same location near the beginning of each track on your recorder. Then when you move them over to the compter, you can simply line up the clicks.
