Hi,
Buy an old CD Helicopter Girl, How to Steal the World. Pressed in 2000.
Start with song "subliminal punk" track 9 then "escape cloud" Track 1.
Get a Subwoofer and then tune the speakers and the room until Tk9 sounds unbelievable!
You will find that your mixes will translate out to NS-10s (small field, mid field and large field monitors).
Then listen in the car.
Once you have tuned to the room tape all tone controls on your amps.
I have Tannoy 6d monitors with a matching Tannoy Sub. Also Yamaha NS-10 in the control room.
These are tunable with 20 dip switches on the back of each Tannoy speaker.
