How To Question about MP3 application

Ok, I was told I asked this question in the wrong Forum but no further info was provided so I'll try this one, since I write my own music utilizing SX3, how can I install a segment of my music into my Cell Phone as a Ringtone?

This turned out easier than I thought .. I found phonezoo.com which allows you to upload then download onto your Cell Phone as a Ringtone. (period)
