oh ok I thought you just meant 7 was a stupid amount of mic to useOdd...as in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, etc...

I agree I tried to cut some of the lows to try and bring the mix up louder I know there is another way to do so but I haven't learned it yetAlso from listening to the song, there seems to be a lack of lowend bass to the mix.

No prob,I have been there and done that. The last places to cut low end is the kick drum and bass guitar; reduce everything else first.
But above that, remember never comprise your mix for volume. I would rather listen to a great mix at a lower volume than a loud mix that I want to turn off after the first several measures of the song.
Keep at it and ask many questions (use the search feature too); there are many great members here who are more than willing to help those who are willing to learn.
thanks man. I don't know what it is but sometimes when I record I get a decent volume right off but some of then man I have to fight with them I mean the volume being really low
