how do you thread tape on reel to reel (TSR-8)

i've just got my first reel to reel (TSR-8)

how do i thread the tape?

Thread the tape following the line in the picture:

Do you go from left to right dan or right to left

take up reel on the right hand side ,so that would mean from left to right
