How do I connect multi headphone amp to mixing desk?

So that musicians can use headphones, a band member picked up a multi headphone amp, (I can't remember the model or make), but I know it can have 8 headphones connected, with individual volume and VU meters for each headphone, but the dilemma is, how to connect it to the mixing desk, which is a Behringer SX2442FX Eurodesk.

It's most likely got a Control Room output that you can use to go to a headphone amp

You could feed it from the aux sends, and then you can set up 2 different headphone mixes, but it will be mono which is no problem.

I think a mono output would be better, where everything is centered across the headphones, that way, the musician wouldn't get confused when hearing stereophonic signals especially when a signal happens only on the right side and he/she is trying to listen to the left side too, while performing.
