House Trailer Studio

Has anyone here heard of a studio made from a house trailer ?
I seen this once an a Dukes of Hazzard show when I was a kid.
Old house trailers are dirt cheap sometimes ( sometimes free for the moving ) .
 
BTW, he had a professional acoustics expert design the acoustics in it.
