Lana, there are two difficulties with your promoting FT's material in this forum.
First, FT got a real bad name for himself here. Not just obnoxious, but persistently and flagrantly obnoxious. Not only self-promoting, but almost exclusively and relentlessly self-promoting. And here you come promoting the most obnoxious and relentless self-promoter of all time.
This is an absurd exaggeration using Dragon-speak. Ha ha If somebody mentioned Madonna’s name you wouldn’t care. I have been back a number of times and rarely even posted a link. Even the links people got all revved up about then were just on one thread. It was no big deal then and silly lies about it now don’t mean squat either.

Well, if there was an alert person around, they would straighten this out. You may not like the fact that Steven Tyler stole drugs from his friends or that Keith Moon drove really drunk on a regular basis or that Frank Zappa stunk but the music is the music. Courtney Love may have killed Kurt but you’d let her post here. Iggy Pop crashes at his friends house and then takes dumps on the floor. But it has nothing to do with the music.

This is the stupidest thing yet. You’ve just summarily ruled out any NMA actually liking and believing in someone else’s music. Truth is, Lana would, has done it for free. I promoted Zeeza for free all that time cause I believed in her too. You smug bastards could never understand, of all things, believing in one of your peers.
Oh - and I've listened to some of FT's stuff in the past. His material's mediocre, his performance is slightly mawkish, and his recordings use too much reverb. But aside from the fact that I don't like his music or recordings much, I'm boycotting his stuff these days because of the way he misbehaved himself when he was here a lot in the bad old days.
Ooooh, Dobro is boycotting me. Gee, that should be a headline somewhere. Since I just got reinstated at the Planet I suppose that would be a good place for it. Ha ha ha ha
