Hey you guys! Happy holidays.
I thought I would post a song. Its not finished, but I am such a crummy singer that there is not much point in taking things too far. I'm in and out of the pocket more than a crackheads bic, but I was just figuring how these DAW thingies work and hadn't gotten to the part that makes you sound like you can play in time! ha ha. Anyways, I kind of like this. Hope you do too.

I kinda like it too - I like the way it moves. But the drum part needs redoing, right? There are beats that run counter to the groove when they should be serving it. Your voice is fine, btw.
 
Thanks dobro, Your very kind with the voice comment. Just trying to find a way that is not embarrassing.
I just played over a drum pattern. I intended to work on the drums later (got a roll into and out of the solo) but that's as far as I got. My buddy usually sings and didn't have much to do with this, so I kind of went commando mode and this is as far as it went. I think it would turn out pretty good with a strong singer and cool drums.

Are you a dobro player? I freaking love that!
