Help you out with what?

And full words in complete sentences only.

if you're looking for someone to tell you "X program is better than Y", don't hold your breath.

everyone uses the program they're most comfortable with. you should do the same. if cool edit is the program you're happy with, then use it.

personally, i use Pro Tools LE.

ooo k alrite thxx but i just wanted toi knoww which one is better : cool edit or cubase??? thank you

please, no shorthand..(thxx=thanks, alrite=alright, u=you). ;) . Neither one is better. use whichever you like more. there is no "better"

I prefere Cubase to Cool Edit, if that's what you're asking. Lots of folks prefer Cool Edit. (shrug) And I use Pro Tools evey day, though I sometimes prefer tape.

Your question has no answer other than what BigRay has already said- use which ever one YOU like better. They all sound about the same unless you start sinking some cash into 3rd party plugins.

Take care,
Chris

WRONG, I believe the answer we were looking for was banana. Better luck next time. :D

Seems like a waste of money to have both. Why would you buy Cubase and cool edit if you were not prepared to read the instructions. I dont know about anybody else here but this sounds like another cracked software issue. Why ask which one is better if you already have both. Hmmmmm

I think the answer is "Take a remedial course in English" and stop using the cracked software. :)

Lol... sorry but why do you guys think i got cracked software?? you dont even know me. i got cubase for free for buying the tascam us122 midi interface. And i got the cool edit by my cousin for my birthday which was april 2 nd. thank you..

Ditch 'em bowth. SONAR...I don't know why it's better...it just is. :D

Then use them both and figure out which one you like better. How the fuck are we supposed to know which is the better program for you?

actually, alrite= all right. "Alright" is not a real word. That spelling was made up in the song "The Kids Are Alright." Now, it could be argued that the english language evolves and, therefore, once a spelling enters common usage it becomes correct. While this arguement is technically valid, in making it you would discredit your own attacks on this kid for his usage of "alrite," "u," etc.

hell, i think i'll just quote myself again.
