Help !!!!!

I am trying to get my midi controller to work with Cubasis VST 4.0
Here's my set up. I have a laptop running Windows XP and Cubasis with loads of awesome VST instruments - Mellotron, Oddity, Wasp, East Guitar etc.,
I am using a Micro Korg as midi controller through a midiman USB midisport 2x2 interface. It seems that the signals from the midi controller are going into the interface ok (some lights flashing etc.,) but there's no sign of life in Cubasis...anyone got any ideas on how to help apart from going back to play some proper instruments !

Have you checked the manual or help file to make sure you have midi configured properly with your interface?

I have painstakingly followed the instructions and installed, uninstalled and reinstalled several times over. I am wondering if it is going to the wrong directory - any idea how I can check it?

I would try Maudio or cubase tech support because that does sound weird. It could also be a USB issue so make sure your USB drivers and BIOS are current.
