Help needed: conversion from .wrk to .mid

Hi there,

years ago, on a friend's computer, I saved MIDI output with Cakewalk. Unfortunately, I did not save it as a plain MIDI file, but as a Cakewalk .wrk - and now I can't open it, as I don't have Cakewalk. Stuck in file formats.

Using a current Cakewalk trial version didn't work out: save and export are disabled, and I couldn't bring my computer to simultaneously playing back with Cakewalk trial, and recording Cakewalk's output with some other software.

Could anybody be so kind as to convert for me? It's a single track in a .wrk file of 11KB. Back then, I saved two versions of it, but as both have identical size, I suspect they have same contents (which, by the way, consists mainly of rows of sort-of-arpeggio in strange chords and rhythms).

As .wrk attachments are not allowed in this forum, I put the files here:
http://www.mediafire.com/?3ps2qtd817apnd6 (file name: CRESC.WRK)
http://www.mediafire.com/?dn5yaok6cgqx5f6 (file name: CRESC_V2.WRK)

Please, save me from having to transfer the contents by reading inside Cakewalk trial and entering all notes by hand elsewhere...

Thank You very much in advance,
Arne
